Am 18. September 2024<\/em> trafen sich die Internet Marketing Services GmbH<\/strong> (IMS) und die Neher Butz Plus GmbH<\/strong><\/a> auf einer Baustelle in Ulm, um die AR-Explorer Plattform in der Praxis zu testen. AR-Explorer, entwickelt von IMS, erm\u00f6glicht es, komplexe BIM-Daten (Building Information Modeling) direkt vor Ort in Augmented Reality (AR) zu visualisieren. Es bietet Handwerkern wertvolle Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Installation von elektrotechnischen Anlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Baubranche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Matthias Wenthe, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der IMS, und der Entwickler Pascal Grubalski f\u00fchrten den Test gemeinsam mit Christoph R\u00f6ber, gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter der Neher Butz Plus GmbH, und den Bauplanern Melanie Seifert (Teamleitung CAD) und Dominik Schumny (Projektkonstrukteur) durch. Der Einsatz von AR-Explorer auf der Baustelle zeigte eindrucksvoll, wie Handwerker in Echtzeit Kollisionen von Installationen pr\u00fcfen und Baufehler fr\u00fchzeitig vermeiden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Praxistests mit deutlichen Mehrwerten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In einem Beispiel wurde demonstriert, wie ein Wasserrohr f\u00fcr eine Sprinkleranlage in einer Tiefgarage verlaufen sollte, w\u00e4hrend eine Kabelrinne dem Rohr ausweichen musste. Dank AR-Explorer konnte der Installateur sofort erkennen, wo die Kabelrinne angepasst werden musste. Noch bevor das Rohr \u00fcberhaupt verlegt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einem weiteren Fall stellte sich heraus, dass eine Kabelrinne falsch montiert war. So blockierte sie die Installation eines Rohrs. Mit AR-Explorer konnte der Fehler schnell lokalisiert werden \u2013 ein Potenzial, das solche Probleme k\u00fcnftig w\u00e4hrend der Montage vermieden werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auch bei der Visualisierung einer Isolierung um eine Betons\u00e4ule sowie bei der Koordination mehrerer Durchbr\u00fcche f\u00fcr Heizung, L\u00fcftung und Elektroinstallation zeigte AR-Explorer, wie sich teure Fehlmontagen durch klare AR-Darstellungen verhindern lassen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zuk\u00fcnftige Zusammenarbeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Der Praxistest hat gezeigt, dass AR-Explorer die Arbeit auf der Baustelle erheblich erleichtern kann. Beide Unternehmen planen daher eine enge Zusammenarbeit, um die Plattform kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. W\u00e4hrend IMS die technologische Entwicklung vorantreibt, wird Neher Butz Plus die Software im Feld testen und wertvolle R\u00fcckmeldungen aus der Praxis liefern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Feedback vom Testtag war eindeutig: AR-Explorer erleichtert die Arbeit auf der Baustelle enorm. Der Wunsch nach weiteren Funktionen, wie einer Eingrenzung der BIM Planung auf Etagen und einem Filter f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Segmente der Elektroverkabelung, zeigt das Potenzial dieser Technologie f\u00fcr die Baubranche.
